Objective
The main objective is to encourage the use of sustainable energy solutions in all the planning steps of new settlements. The selected means is a "PRINCIPLES AND SOLUTIONS" GUIDING TOOL addressed to architects, planners and municipal urban responsible and able to speak in tyhe appropriate form these key urban actors need, to secure the SYSTEMATIC consideration of energy efficient solutions in all the urban planning process.
