TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION AUDIT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PORTUGUESE INDUSTRY

Objective

The overall objective of the TEC+ project is the promotion of IMTs in Portuguese SMEs. This will be accomplished first all by establishing a methodology for Technology and Innovation Audit which will be applied to 50 industrial SMEs through a comprehensive programme of Innovation Consultancy Assignments. The consultancy assignments will be delivered by a team of 20 consultants

The whole project will be co-ordinated and managed by the Monitoring group which will put into place the necessary and appropriate evaluation criteria and quality procedures.

An additional but equally important aspect of the project is the Analysis and dissemination of the results. The analysis will assist in identifying clusters of SMEs will similar needs and in turn this will help to disseminate the results more effectively. Among the dissemination tools/methods to be used are a video on the methodology, publication material and organisation of seminars.
