Objective
The project will identify, select and promote IMT methodologies and, using specifically selected and trained consultants implement them in 100 SMEs as strategic tools to improve innovative performance. The results will then be published and disseminated, and experience sharing workshops held.
The identified IMTs to be promoted are:
Total quality management
Customer oriented product development
Change management for successors in family-owned SMEs
These will be implemented to SMEs following a diagnosis phase using a well tried and tested tool "Innovation Factor Analysis" - Eventually Innovation Consultancy Assignments will be carried out by a team of consultants who will receive training in dedicated training workshops
