Objective
Using behavioural pharmacology, the hypothesis that impulsivity results from aberrant dopamine/serotonin interactions in the prefrontal cortex and the nucleus accumbens will be examined. The synaptic mechanisms underlying these interactions will be further characterized by in vivo micro dialysis.
