Objective
The identification of genes regulated by RORAlpha will represent an understanding of its action on the molecular level and in the phenotypes seen in the staggered mutant. We shall use microarray analyses and an inducible ER fusion protein to compare gene expression between a variety of RORAlpha + and - systems.
