Molecular genetics of learning and memory: investigation of camkii function

Objective

In order to investigate the Cambia function in learning and memory, Cambia inhibitors (Catkin alpha and beta) null mutant mice will be generated and analysed for biochemical and morphological abnormalities, hippocampus-dependent learning and memory, and hippocampus synaptic plasticity in CA1 region
