Objective
Using both behavioural and cellular approaches on PKCgamma knockout/wild-type mice, this project will evaluate the contribution of this enzyme in the delayed effects of fentanyl (hyperalgesia, tolerance, withdrawal, psychoaffective effects and cognitive deficits), an opiate analgesic widely used in human surgery.
