Objective
The purpose of this project is to construct a plasma stable lipoplex, containing either a repoter gene or a model anti-sense oligonucleotides designed to selectively deliver the gene or the ODN to smooth muscle cells in the aorta of rats that has been damaged by balloon catheterisation.
