Use of SAGE to Investigate Cytotrophoblast Gene Expression in Pre-Eclampsia

Objective

This project will use serial analysis of gene expression to produce a quantitative description of gene expression in normal and pre-eclamptic cytotrophoblast in order to identify differential, or disrupted, gene expression which may be associated with the pathogenesis of pre-eclampsia.
