Tenth international symposium on yeasts: the using power of yeasts in science and industry

Objective

The 10th International Symposium on Yeast will bring together scientist form all disciplines involved in the study of yeasts and yeast-like organisms: Physiologist, geneticists, taxonomist, molecular biologists, biotechnologist, food microbiologists an medical mycologists, both from academia and industry. Recent advances in the role of yeasts in food and beverage industry, food spoilage and pathogen city will be discussed.
