A research strategy for developing systematic innovation tools for the food industry

Objective

It is proposed to organise a Workshop that will bring together experts in systematic innovation & TRIZ, food researchers, and industrialists. The objective of the workshop is to analyse the potential of systematic innovation tools and approaches, such as TRIZ, semantic processing technologies, and knowledge processing systems for cost-effective innovation in the food industry . As the scientific systematisation of biological systems is still lacking, it is envisaged that research projects need to be organised to develop a food industry-oriented system. The major outcome of the workshop will be the strategy for setting up the research initiatives required.
