Objective
The proposal aims to maximise use aft valuable information generated from the Commission-supported conference "Food safety in Europe - challenges and Opportunities", being held in London in October 2010. The objectives are
1) To provide free access for all to full proceedings in both paper and electronic format and gather feedback
2) To obtain feedback on food safety developments from key sectors to assist policy makers on National and European level and
3) To create a format for optimum information dissemination for each sector identified. These objectives will be achieved through production and distribution of summarised proceedings to the target sectors education, media, research, industry, policy makers and consumers and the use of working groups to obtain full feedback on a Europe-wide scale.
