Objective
Mycotoxins are chemical compounds produced by fungi growing on organic substances such as cereals or oil seeds which, when consumed, have an undesirable effect inhuman health. In order to take into consideration the consumer 's growing concerning the area of food safety, the objective of this project is to develop a fastest kit with the aid of which certain mycotoxins already present in theproduction process can be identified. This is very important due to the increasing use of premixed blends and the sometimes-poor declaration of the contents on the packaging of raw materials in the food-processing industry. This test kit can bemuse by the food industry as a powerful tool for its own quality control efforts as well as by the food producer or seller who would be able to test the toxic potential of food quickly and reliably. Better control of mycotoxins will allow producers greater competitiveness and profitability .
