New system of packaging for viscous products fully recyclable, sterilisable, allowing to dose the product and to close without air

Objective

The entry of oxygen in the package while the product is consumed provokes the reduction of the shelf life of the product due to oxidation reactions happened within the package that hastens the velocity of deterioration of the contents. The aim of the project is to research and develop a new system of packaging sauces and other viscous products. The package will be fully recyclable, easy to dose and realisable. It will be composed of a flexible plastic bag and a cardboard box. A cap in the bag fixed tithe cardboard box will serve to dose the contents. At the bottom of the package will be placed a mobile platform. The main innovation of the project is that the user will be able to dose the right quantity of the product by pushing the platform placed at the bottom of the package and without possibility of entering oxygen inside the package. When the package is empty the consumer will remove the bag from inside the box and so the package will be very easy to recycle.
