Objective
Temperature is one of the main variable controls the good quality of pre frozen food. In that control, manufacturer, food distributors and salespeople are temperature is necessary. Usually, after the manufacture of the product thermographs and probes make such a control during the storage in the factories. Also in some cases special labels that indicates possible changes in the storage temperature are used. That labels guarantee that the product has been maintained in an adequate temperature range during all the process, but no information about when the process has failed is obtained. Following those special characteristics, the development of a sensor for the quality control of the product after the manufacture is proposed. The sensor has to measure the changes of temperature into the container from the manufacture until the sale of the product .
