Objective

In pancreatic canard cells and pancreatic Beta-cells, a 65 kid marl-like protein regulates ion conductance’s in secretary granules that contribute to exocytosis The aim of the research project is the purification, cloning and functional expression of the 65 kid marl -like protein.
