Objective
The anticipated project contains the production of phytoenzymes with prototypical activities from European cultivated plants in the steps of treatment - extraction, separation, isolation, concentration, preservation and further processing to production of enzyme products with application for nutraceuticals in foods or as raw materials for the pragmatics. Included are the detection and valuation of medical and health benefits and the harmlessness against allergies. The started co-operation between a German company of agriculture and processing industry and a polish company of pharmaceutical industry is a good combination to gain the anticipated objectives. A pilot plant is the presentable final result of the project.
