Objective
Sensitive LC-MS-MS methodology using reiterated internal standards will be developed to provide a multi-residue procedure for determination a range of fusarium mycotoxins in eggs. Focusing on zearelanone and trichothecenes, project will permit future assessment of the contribution (via animal feed) of eggs to human dietary intake to be made.
