Effects of antibodies on hepatits c virus (hcv) antigen presentation to cd4 t cells: shaping of the t cell repertoire in chronic hcv infection

Objective

Chronic infection with the hepatits C virus (HCV) is characterised by high antibody titers against HCV proteins. We want to test if these antibodies can alter antigen processing, change the range of available T cell epitopes and thus shape the clonal composition of the HCV-specific T cell repertoire
