Objective
Chronic infection with the hepatits C virus (HCV) is characterised by high antibody titers against HCV proteins. We want to test if these antibodies can alter antigen processing, change the range of available T cell epitopes and thus shape the clonal composition of the HCV-specific T cell repertoire
