Objective
Objectives of the present project are those to point out easily and repeatable methods to evaluate the immune response of fishes exposed to vaccination andimmunistimolation. In detail :
a) to study the development of immunes system from larval stage to that of juvenile in two fishes species (sea bream and sea bass).
b) to produce policlinics antibodies for immunoglobulines of sea bream;
c) to point out methods of evaluation for antibody response in fishes (in the larval and in juvenile stage);
d) to point out methods to evaluate the local immune response on intestinal level;
e) to point out techniques to evaluate of the no selective cell mediate- response;
f) to study the transfer immunity;
g) to evaluate the best way of administration of vaccines (for immersion of by feeding) in order to induce the best immunity response .
