Structure and function of helicobacter pylori virulence factor caga: interaction with host gene products in vitro

Objective

H. Pylori inject a virulence factor, Cage, into host cells. Host protein-Cage interactions will be studied in vitro using purified proteins. Results will help understanding pathogen city mechanisms and are applicable for drug and vaccine development.
