Molecular interactions of oncogenic marek's disease herpesvirus with its natural host and other viral pathogens

Objective

In a model of virus-induced lymphomatosis and its prevention by novel strategies of vaccination, unclear biological processes during infection of chickens with Mark's disease virus, such as molecular mechanisms of virus persistence, ontogeny transformation, its prevention by vaccination and interactions with other pathogens will be investigated.

Fields of science (EuroSciVoc)

CORDIS classifies projects with EuroSciVoc, a multilingual taxonomy of fields of science, through a semi-automatic process based on NLP techniques. See: The European Science Vocabulary.
