Objective
The protease is a complex system that generates most catatonic T cell epitomes. In this project, we will study the regulation of protease subunit replacements during the catatonic immune response against lymphocyte choriomeningitis virus (LCMV). Furthermore, investigation of direct and cross presentation of such epitomes will be carried out.
