(ii) elaboration of novel networks with participation of European and Hungarian S&T institutions;
(iii) formation of new co-operations with European academy; and
(iv) organising courses. Workshops and conferences in order to intensify the research and training activity or the Centre on chemistry of bioactive materials and thereby provide a substantial contribution to achieve results meeting the economic and social needs of the region including impact to industrial applications. The activity of the proposal covers the following research areas: free radical generation and cell attachment, mass spectrometry-based peptide sequencing, protein aggregation, synthesis of new bioactive heterocyclic compounds, development of neuroprotective strategies
