Objective This project implements the DNA micro-array technology for the study of transcript level of all S. cerevisiae genome. The first aim is the identification of correlations between transcript level and protein level in chemostat culture. Then the impact of mutations in single structural genes on genome-wide transcript levels will be investigated.
