Practical training course "advanced technologies for stem cell growth and development"

Objective

A high-level practical training course is proposed, on the topic "Advanced Technologies for Stem Cell Growth and Development". The course will be organized in three consecutive events along three years: "Advanced Tissue Culture Models. (Pisa, Italy), "Cytokines and Growth Factors" (Prague, Czech Republic) and "From in vitro Culture to Clinical Application. (Paris, France).

The aim of the course is that of fostering and spreading scientific and technological knowledge in the field of new cell-based therapeutic strategies to restore or improve tissue and organ functions. The course will include top level lessons from renowed scientists in the field of tissue stem cell growth in vitro, practical training sessions where students will learn the technical grounds for in vitro tissue cell development, panel discussions on the problems and feasibility of industrial development and exploitation.
