Objective
To develop new drugs is almost impossible for Sees because the work necessaries far to cost-and time-intensive for them. So during a CRAFT-project a consortium of European Sees wants to develop a new method of drug synthesis. It is planned to find a misallocate-based catalyst that's able to drive a synthesis that way that only one enantiomerically purr end product is produced. Such a synthetically route cost-and time-efficient because on purification steps are necessary. To apply this method to an already know active substance or to one that is recognized as "active" during the project is the major goal of the planned CRAFT-project. In the end the partners shall have a method to synthesize an active substance using a based-based catalyst with "tailored" properties, and an active sub-stance that is thoroughly tested.

Topic(s)
Calls for proposals are divided into topics. A topic defines a specific subject or area for which applicants can submit proposals. The description of a topic comprises its specific scope and the expected impact of the funded project.

Funding Scheme
Funding scheme (or “Type of Action”) inside a programme with common features. It specifies: the scope of what is funded; the reimbursement rate; specific evaluation criteria to qualify for funding; and the use of simplified forms of costs like lump sums.
