Objective

Identification of the molecular mechanisms and signalling events underlying the control of cytokine expression in T-cells, highlighting the pro-inflammatory cytokine TNFalpha. Characterisation of the roles of the protein kinesis MNK1 and MNK2 and RNA-binding proteins in regulating the translation of cytokine minas.
