Neuropeptide regulation of social feeding behaviour in the nematode c. elegans

Objective

Wild strains of c. elegant display either solitary or social feeding behaviour. This natural variation is associated with polymorphism in the nor-1 receptor. The proposed research is aimed at isolating components involved in the proper expression, processing and release of the neuropathies legend, flip-21.
