The function of the bmp antagonist gremlin in the developing vertebrate kidney

Objective

Gremlin expression and function will be analysed during pronephros development in Venous embryos. Whole mount in site hybridisations along with targeted misimpression and deletion (by morpholino logos) will be used to access gremlin function.
