Development of in vitro detection techniques for analysing allergen-specific t cell responses in humans

Objective

The project aims at the development of a reliable in vitro T cell test system for diagnosis of contact allergy. Limitations of previous T cell-based models will be overcome through supplementation with recombinant cytokine cocktails and addition of monocot-derived antigen presenting cells.
