Objective
HIRA biochemical characterization including its possible partners to examine its physiological relevance in nucleoside assembly mechanisms in vitro. Producing recombinant Venous CENP-A and polyclinic antibodies against such protein, I will examine by immunofluorescence the possible role of HIRA in chromatin assembly that could be involved in the centromeric structure.
