Construction of hybrid retroviruses for pathogenicity studies

Objective

To study the molecular determinants of neuropathogenicity and oncogenicity of retroviruses, hybrid retroviruses in various regulatory and structural genetic elements will be constructed between non-pathogenic and pathogenic viruses and analysed in vitro and in vivo.
