Dissemination conference of current european research on rice

Objective

RicEUconf main objective is to provide a forum for discussion on the results and progress of European research on different aspects of rice genetics and biotechnology mainly related to EU funded research/action activities, which are in progress or have just come to an end. Due to the fact that in plants, biotechnology can be considered a modern development of breeding, important results arising from more conventional research often represent a strong scientific platform on which advanced research is built up. This meeting will allow the several groups officially working under a EU framework, but in effect sometimes lacking real connections to each other, to communicate their results to each other and to compare and disseminate progress outside of EU groups to other researchers who work on this top world crop in Europe.

Fields of science (EuroSciVoc)

CORDIS classifies projects with EuroSciVoc, a multilingual taxonomy of fields of science, through a semi-automatic process based on NLP techniques. See: The European Science Vocabulary.
