Project for improving a competitive wine-process in accordance with the new economy's marketing tools

Objective

The proposed project is based on an integral strategy involving other EU&Ass.countries 'Sees, both to upgrade the C.O.D. (controlled origin denomination) quality white-wine and to market by means of new economy's tools, at the international level. This initiative regards a series of components: (I) health and nutrition linked with the phenol compounds, (ii) the historical images involving the wine to the EU landscapes and traditional dishes, (iii) E-commerce for wide-wide market. During the Exam the promoter intends to enlarge the Craft partnership at a collaborative group of 5 members. The project's most significant research concerns the quality of the white-wine strengthening the substances responsible of the recently discovered benefits on the human health (flavonoidpoliphenols). Furthermore the project intends to emphasize the wine as culture &tradition bound with each C.O.D vineyard. This historical aspect is the seal-of-quality that could be only shown by the EU vineyard, under the label: Culture&Wine in the western civilisation. The project will have support of thee-programme PRIMAVERA
