Objective The agriculture has always been used as source of food and raw renewable resource, but because of its massive and capillary diffusion on the planet, causes serious effects on environment and ecosystem. This proposal aims at solving this problem, developing an environmental evaluation method based on LCA techniques (Life Cycle assessment, ISO 14040 series) useful for tomatoes and lettuce.
