Objective
Study of egg activation in wheat by a complex approach involving -localisation of coca protein kinas -examining its phosphorylation -activation of the kinesis-like clamouring binding protein and -investigating the transcriptional activity of in vitro fertilised and "cell-engineered" egg cells.
