GMC1111 represents a new therapeutic approach, based on proof. Ardí Calzón's DA auto receptor concepta. The objectives will be achieved by National phase applications of the patent application of GMC1111, SAR and lead optimisation large scale synthesis, a toxicological study, a check of safety and pharmacokinetics, and a Phase II study in a limited number of patients.
