Objective The determination of the low levels of oxygen in OFMC Copper poses particular problems for industry. In 1978, the BCR has certified a reference material (CRM 054) with approx. 1 ug/g oxygen in copper. This material has become exhausted in 1986 which shows that this CRM still responds to a need of industry. The BCR has therefore undertaken the certification of a replacement material. RESULTS The certification of the replacement material (CRM 054R) was certified as (0.47 +/- 0.04) ug/g Certification report : EUR 12240 (1989) Programme(s) FP2-BCR 4 - Research and development programme (EEC) in the field of applied metrology and chemical analysis (Community Bureau of Reference - BCR), 1988-1992 Topic(s) Data not available Call for proposal Data not available Funding Scheme CSC - Cost-sharing contracts Coordinator FEDERAL INSTITUTE FOR MATERIAL RESEARCH AND TESTING EU contribution No data Address 87,Unter der Eichen 87 12205 BERLIN Germany See on map Total cost No data Participants (6) Sort alphabetically Sort by EU Contribution Expand all Collapse all Central Bureau for Nuclear Measurements Belgium EU contribution No data Address Geel See on map Total cost No data Centre d'Études et de Recherches par Irradiation France EU contribution No data Address Orléans See on map Total cost No data Instituut voor Nucleaire Wetenschappen (RUG) Belgium EU contribution No data Address Gent See on map Total cost No data Johann-Wolfgang-Goethe-Universität Frankfurt Germany EU contribution No data Address August Euler Straße 6 60486 Frankfurt am Main See on map Total cost No data Kabel- und Metallwerke Gutehoffnungshuete Germany EU contribution No data Address Osnabrück See on map Total cost No data Max-Planck-Institut Germany EU contribution No data Address Dortmund See on map Total cost No data
