Objective
To provide a complete marine buoying/beaconing system based on LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes) and pv modules. Promotion and extension of the applications of LEDs.
1) 36 buoys with 80 Wp each, 10 of which with LEDs (total 2880 Wp), the harbour of Antwerpen. 2) 20 systems with 88 Wp each for "cardinal line" (in the outer sea), and 30 systems with 44 Wp each (for 10 starboard and 20 port buoys, total 3080 Wp), in the harbour of Oostende.
3) One waterway signal with 40 Wp, a second one with 120 Wp, (total 160 Wp) in the harbour of Nieuwport, red blinking "STOP", remotely operated from the harbour control centre by radio-telecommand.

Connection : all in parallel (12 V systems, giving 40, 80, 120 or 44, 88 Wp.
