Objective


The main themes of this project were:
adaption of volumetric measuring techniques for assessing net water flux;
effects of synthetic oestrogen on blocking hydroosmotic responses in amphibian vessels;
characterization and preparation of subcellular components of epithelial cells;
use of label fracture to visualize proteins in apical membranes in response to antidiuretic hormone (ADH).
