Objective
The CONTACT project will organise a European-Chinese conference on application of transport telematics technologies in China, in cooperation with the Chinese government. The main objectives of the conference are to demonstrate the European transport telematics technologies, to identify the needs of China, and to discuss and prepare with the Chinese government and industry the framework for European-Chinese cooperation in the field of transport. The programme of the conference includes meetings between decisionmakers from both Europe and China, demonstration of European transport telematics technologies, presentation of current conditions and the needs of China, exhibition and industry dialogue.
