Multimedia Web Tutor software for citizens comprising smart card access will be made commercially available across Europe and beginning with France, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Ireland and Austria. Demonstration centres were in La Rochelle (F), Stuttgart (D), Norfolk (UK), Dublin (IRL), and Linz (AT).
