WIND ENERGY MARKING UP POSIBILITIESIN ELECTRICAL NET

Objective

Territory description, Evaluation of data taken by meteorological station of other sources, Realization of measurements campaign, Modelling for the evaluation of the wind resource.

Enforcement and promotion of renewable energies, and particullary the wind energy. From the areas capable for eolic use and installation of wind ferms, were chosen: Coastal and interior area of the Autonomus Community of Galicia, and Eastern area of the Autonomus Community of Andalucía. The objective of the projects is not only the evaluation of wind resources, but it reaches up to the selection phase of locations for wind-farms. From this mode it would only remain one phase of the previous detailed evaluation to the installation of the farm, which is known as 'micrositing'.
