Objective
Development of modules for the vocational training in the field of thermic solar energy and photovoltaic as well as the conceiving and carrying out of courses to impart these modules to trainers and vocational teachers.
The project has started with the enquiries, the collection and recording of already available materials about these topics. Moreover the already existing experiences of teachers and trainers have been ascertained.
The expectations and wishes as well as the naming of the reality in school and training have formed the basis for the training materials which are to be developped of trainers and teachers in Felsberg in cooperation with the Institute of thermic energy technology, dep. of technology didactic, of the Gesamthochschule Kassel. These training materials shall be reviewed critically by experts. After a revision the materials will be presented and imparted to the enquired teachers and trainers who will participate on a further-training.
Our cooperation partners are the Institutes for teachers further training in Hessia and Thuringia and the vocational training center of the trade corporation in Kassel.
It is our special request to facilitate a dialogue between trainers and teachers to discuss further steps about the carrying out of the topics impartment in theory and practice.
The results of our transnational exchange will be dropped into this seminar.
