Objective
To determine:
a) possible techincal and energy efficiency interventions;
b) how match every intervention does affect the energy efficiency;
c) a low proposal that define fiscal facilitation using that
interventions:
- facilitations easily obtainable
- proportionate facilitations to the efficiency and cost of
interventions
Our project is divided into seven phases: Organization of an informatic support, Classification of habitations typology, Classification of possible interventions, Definition of mathematical relation, Classification of interventions, Creation of a law proposal, Results divulgation.
In the first phase we develop informatic programs that they will be used in the project . These programs allow the data input and reports production.
In the second phase we analyse the buildings material, so that we can obtain the typology habitations classification.
The third phase consists in determinating every possible interventions considering the energical saving.
In the fourth phase we define the formulas to calculate the energical dispersion of habitations.
In the fifth phase we classificate the possible interventions grouping them about how efficient they are.
In the sixth phase we elaborate a law proposal that facilitate with some fiscal facilitations who will choose the interventions.

Topic(s)
Calls for proposals are divided into topics. A topic defines a specific subject or area for which applicants can submit proposals. The description of a topic comprises its specific scope and the expected impact of the funded project.

Call for proposal
Procedure for inviting applicants to submit project proposals, with the aim of receiving EU funding.

Funding Scheme
Funding scheme (or “Type of Action”) inside a programme with common features. It specifies: the scope of what is funded; the reimbursement rate; specific evaluation criteria to qualify for funding; and the use of simplified forms of costs like lump sums.
