Enhanced and stimulated evaluation of energy efficiency projects

Objective

- to initiate a process of improving the energy efficiency related evaluation practices and of enhancing their use in the Community area
- to create a basis for further work of finally producing a collection of evaluation guidelines

In Phase 1, this project will assemble a palette of existing tools and experiences of their use internationally.
In Phase 2, this project will create an improved evaluation model draft.
In Phase 3, the improved evaluation model will be tested in interaction between the partners of this project and other experts in the Member States. This phase will also produce a recommendation for further work on the enhancement and improvement of evaluations as well as assemble the final report of the project and information material for the dissemination of the results of the work.
