Deliverables

Distributed cloud resource manager v2.0

This deliverable will provide the final version of the cloud resource manager as a software module and code released in a public repository as open source, together with its documentation, that will also describe the final algorithms for workload characterization and scheduling. Full functionality and final optimized policies will be incorporated. This version will be fully integrated with OpenStack. This deliverable comprises ACTiCLOUD Results 2 and 3.

Rack-scale MicroVisor v2.0

This deliverable will provide the final version of the rack-scale MicroVisor as a software module, together with its documentation. The final version will include full functionality and optimizations. This deliverable comprises ACTiCLOUD Result 1.

ACTiCLOUD-enabled system libraries v2.0

This deliverable will provide the final version of the of ACTiCLOUD-enabled system libraries as a software module and code released in a public repository as open source, together with its documentation. The full set of optimizations will be implemented. This deliverable comprises ACTiCLOUD Result 4.

Hyperscale JVM v2.0

This deliverable will provide access to OpenJDK accepted code improvements, as well as the GC research platform developed during the project . The report will describe the software and its features. This deliverable comprises ACTiCLOUD Result 5.

Neo4j ACTiCLOUD extensions v2.0

This deliverable will provide the software module and the source code in a repository with public access for the final implementation of Neo4j extensions to exploit the ACTiCLOUD features. The report will describe the software, featured optimizations and a user guide for efficient tuning and execution. This deliverable comprises ACTiCLOUD Result 7.

MonetDB ACTiCLOUD extensions v2.0

This deliverable will provide the software module and the source code in a repository with public access for the final implementation of MonetDB extensions to exploit the ACTiCLOUD features. The report will describe the software, featured optimizations and a user guide for efficient tuning and execution. This deliverable comprises ACTiCLOUD Result 6.

ACTiCLOUD final prototype

This prototype will integrate all final versions (v2.0) of the various components of the ACTiCLOUD architecture into the two hardware platforms to provide a functional and optimized system on top of each one, together with the relevant documentation. This deliverable comprises ACTiCLOUD Result 8.

A press release of ACTiCLOUD achievements.

Project Presentation and Web Portal

Contains the project presentation and the project website to comprise the main channel for communicating and promoting the project.

Data Management Plan

This deliverable will determine and explain which of the research data generated by the project will be made open.

ACTiCLOUD final evaluation

This deliverable will provide evaluation results collected from extensive measurements on the final ACTiCLOUD prototype considering the defined strategic objectives and the relevant evaluation policy.

ACTiCLOUD architecture

This deliverable will report the refined and final ACTiCLOUD architecture and APIs.
