Validation and Integration of the Developed Modules and Solutions

Based on the design from T5.1, the city infrastructures will be implemented, integrated and their operation will be assessed.

City-wide Pilot Validation City-wide

The final deliverable of this WP will report on the outcomes of the trial use cases. It will explain the condition of how each of the use cases was carried out, the contribution of different participants, and the technological outcomes, as well as the assessment of the validations.

Location-aware Machine Learning Mechanisms

This deliverable comprehends the outcome of T4.4 and will report the implementation of the location-aware machine learning mechanisms.

Scalable Orchestrator Interim Release

Interim release of the 5GCity orchestrator, including the SDK, the service programming models and the dashboard

Final 5GCity Orchestrator Release

The final prototype for the 5GCity orchestrator, including all its functional subsystems.

5GCity Virtualization Infrastructure Implementation

A follow-up of D3.2, this deliverable will report on the final 5GCity node implementation, including extensive performance testing and, likely, results from field deployments in partner cities.

5GCity Virtualization Infrastructure Interim Release

This deliverable presents the interim release of the implementation of the MEC node for resource-constrained devices, and network virtualization. It will include the release of the VNFs.

Dissemination, Exploitation, and Standardization Activities M12

An interim report on the progress of the different dissemination, exploitation, and standardization activities, as well as an update (if required) to their corresponding plans.

Management Guidelines

This document will summarize information about project organization, communication among partners, project reporting means and tools, organization of deliverables and reports, financial management, risk management and quality procedures to be adopted by all participants.

Standardization and Exploitation Plan

Roadmap of 5GCity’s contributions in order to plan and keep track of the project’s inputs to standardization. In the roadmap procedure, targeted standardisation bodies, fora and work groups will be defined. This deliverable will also include exploitation plans.

5GCity Architecture & Interfaces Definition

Presentation of the overall system architecture, definition of all subsystems of 5GCity architecture. Gathering of the architecture requirements, assumptions and scientific choices. This deliverable will illustrate the first version of the 5GCity architecture as a result of the first iteration. Additionally, the deliverable will also provide the first version of the 5GCity interfaces and workflows, including functional description and data to be exchanged.

Dissemination, Exploitation, and Standardization Activities M24

5GCity System Requirements and Use Cases

Elaboration on the definition of the 5GCity System Use Cases and key system requirements. Identification of the fundamental limitations addressed and envisaged innovations.

5GCity Edge Virtualization Infrastructure Design

This deliverable presents the design of the virtualized MEC node, including improvements to existing virtualization technologies and guests, and network virtualization

Orchestrator Design, Service programming, and Machine-learning Models

This deliverable reports the software design for the orchestrator, together with the initial draft models for the service programming model based on FBP and the location-aware machine-learning models.

Final Report on Dissemination, Exploitation, and Standardization Activities

The final report on the different dissemination, exploitation, and standardization activities performed during the project, and the plans for the sustainability of the project’s results.

1 5GCity Infrastructure Design and Definition

In this deliverable the outcomes of the testbed design will be provided. Which technologies to be used in each of the demonstration cities, along with the system and platform requirements to realise the pilots will be identified and projected.

Project Dissemination and Communication Plan

A detailed plan describing the designated dissemination and communication activities of each partner in the 5GCity consortium.

5GCity Final Architecture, and Interfaces

Presentation of the final version of the 5GCity architecture, functional subsystems, interfaces and data to be exchanged.
