The Project Quality Assurance Manual

The Project Quality Assurance Manual (M06) will define the quality assurances and quality control rules and guidelines to follow, including documentations and information to provide and the different internal milestones in the R&D process, and change control procedures. It will also address the Risk Management and will identify detailed risks that can arise during project time scale, provide detailed risk resolving and decision making procedures. Special attention will be turned to handle the relationship with the External Advisory Board.

Project Management Plan

Project Management Plan (M01) will set the day to day rules of the project: documents and deliverables handling, project planning and manpower, meeting organisation, internal reporting and information management, external information management, list of personal with corresponding responsibilities.. Finally, it will detail beyond the terms of the EC grant agreement and the Consortium Agreement, the internal project rules and guidelines concerning the daily management of foreground and IPR.
